Isolfoam is a 1-component, low-expansion B1 polyurethane gun foam suitable for bonding and installing insulation boards on façades and roofs.
Applications:
- Bonding and installing polystyrene (EPS, XPS), polyurethane (PUR-PIR) and mineral wool insulation boards onto concrete, plaster and masonry, steel decking and aluminium-faced vapour barriers.
- Sealing roof-to-wall connections.
- Installation of windows and doors.
- Filling joints and gaps between insulation panels.
Properties:
- Low post-expansion after application.
- Fire class B1 (flame-retardant) according to DIN 4102-1.
- Rapid curing (6–10 min).
- Excellent installation properties.
- High thermal and acoustic insulation performance.
