PU Foam Gun Black is a high-quality, fast-curing one-component insulation and assembly foam, specially developed for sealing and filling joints, installation spaces, seams and connections between various building components. It cures through atmospheric moisture to form a durable foam mass.
Applications:
- Specially developed for durable sealing and filling of connection joints, seams, gaps and openings in interior and exterior façades, cavity walls, partition walls, ceilings, floors and roof sections.
- Filling and sealing pipe and service penetrations in façades, walls, floors, ceilings and roofs.
- Sealing and filling installation spaces around prefabricated and façade elements such as window frames and façade systems.
- Sealing and filling connections between metal, plastic, wood, masonry, gypsum, stone and concrete elements.
- Sealing connections in timber-frame and plaster construction.
- Bonding and sealing insulation boards/panels and other sheet materials in roof, façade, wall and floor constructions.
- Sealing connections around roof ridges, eaves, chimneys, drainage ducts, dormers, extensions and more.
- Filling, sealing and insulating cavities and openings in walls, façades, floors, ceilings and roofs.
Properties:
- Excellent adhesion to many materials, including stone, concrete, wood, gypsum, plaster and masonry, metal and various plastics such as polystyrene, rigid PU foam, polyester and rigid PVC.
- Low-expansion quality with reduced post-expansion during curing.
- High yield: approximately 45 litres when freely expanded.
- Versatile: fills, seals, bonds, installs and insulates.
- Very low emissions, certified in accordance with VOC emission class A+.
- Excellent acoustic and thermal insulation properties.
