BG1 Pre-Compressed Joint Sealing Tape is a compressed, impregnated joint tape for sealing building components against dust and driving rain, with excellent acoustic and thermal properties.
Applications:
- For durable, driving-rain-resistant sealing of commonly occurring joints, gaps and seams.
- Connections between masonry and door or window profiles, concrete columns, roof and façade elements and expansion joints.
- Protection against draughts, dust, heat loss and noise.
Properties:
- Driving-rain resistance > 600 Pa.
- Vapour-permeable.
- Suitable for heavily loaded joints and cross joints.
- Fire classification B1.
- Long-term weather resistance.
- Expands even at low temperatures.
- Strong adhesive strength.
