Clean & Bond 525 is a fast-drying cleaner and primer in one, specially developed as an adhesion promoter for sealants and adhesives on non-porous substrates.
Applications:
- Pre-treatment of various metal substrates, including aluminium, steel, stainless steel, zinc, copper, lead, chrome and brass.
- Pre-treatment of various powder-coated surfaces.
- Pre-treatment of surfaces with paint or coating systems; always test beforehand to ensure the substrate is not adversely affected.
- Pre-treatment of polyester and plastic substrates such as GRP, ABS and PVC.
Properties:
- Improves the adhesion of sealants and adhesives to non-porous substrates.
- Fast-drying, with a maximum drying time of approximately 5–10 minutes.
