MS 500 is a neutral, one-component, highly elastic, durable and high-quality joint and sealing compound based on MS Polymers. The product cures under the influence of atmospheric moisture to form a durable, permanently elastic rubber.

Applications:
- Movement and connection joints in building and construction applications.
- Movement joints around window and door frames.
- Sealing joints in damp and sanitary areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.
Properties:
- Good primerless adhesion to most substrates, including aluminium, zinc, copper, natural stone, concrete, plaster, wood, glass, galvanised steel, PVC and polyester.
- Can be applied to damp substrates.
- Durable and permanently elastic with a maximum movement capability of up to 25%.
- Good resistance to UV radiation and a wide range of weather conditions.
- Free from isocyanates, phthalates, solvents and silicones.
