PU Foam 1K Manual Foam is a one-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam for manual application, suitable as an insulation and assembly foam and for creating seals between different construction materials.
Applications:
- Filling joints and seams between partition walls, ceilings and floors.
- Connection joints around window and door frames and other building structures.
- Installation of frames.
- Filling, sealing and insulating cavities and openings in roofs, floors, façades, walls and ceilings.
- Sealing, insulating and filling connections around roof ridges, dormers, chimneys, drainage ducts and bay windows.
Properties:
- High filling capacity; expands during curing.
- Rapid curing (15–30 min).
- Excellent installation properties.
- High thermal and acoustic insulation performance.
- Good adhesion to concrete, brick, plasterwork, wood, metal, aluminium, PVC, polystyrene foam (EPS/XPS), rigid PU foam and other construction materials.
