Flex Foam is a one-component, self-expanding, highly flexible polyurethane gun foam with excellent thermal insulation and airtightness properties. Its elastic structure allows the foam to accommodate joint movement while maintaining its insulating performance.
Applications:
- Specially developed as a flexible insulation and installation foam with high thermal insulation performance for fully vapour- and airtight sealing of air leaks between building components.
- Flexible, airtight sealing of movement joints, connections, seams, gaps and openings, including between or alongside internal and external façades, cavity walls, partition walls, ceilings, roofs and floors.
- Sealing and filling installation gaps around prefabricated and façade elements such as window frames and curtain walling.
- Sealing and filling connections between metal, plastic, wood, masonry, plaster, stone and concrete elements.
- Sealing connections in timber-frame and plaster construction.
- Bonding and sealing insulation boards/panels and other sheet materials in roof, façade, wall and floor constructions.
- Sealing connections around ridges, eaves, chimneys, ducts, dormers and extensions.
- Filling, sealing and insulating cavities and openings in walls, façades, floors, ceilings and roofs.
