MS 600 is a one-component universal elastic adhesive sealant based on hybrid technology. The product cures under the influence of atmospheric moisture to form a durable, permanently elastic rubber.
Applications:
- Elastic and structural bonding where high tensile strength is required.
- Assembly adhesive for construction materials such as decorative mouldings, insulation boards, skirting boards, panels, battens and beams.
- Joint sealing and bonding in cold rooms, kitchens, sanitary areas and other damp environments.
- Installation of safety glass.
- Bonding, assembling and sealing metals, wood, natural stone, concrete and other porous materials.
- Bonding vibrating structures in transport construction and industry.
- Adhesive and seam sealant for metal components in bodywork, transport, container and shipbuilding applications.
Properties:
- Good primerless adhesion to most substrates, including aluminium, zinc, copper, natural stone, concrete, plaster, wood, glass, galvanised steel, PVC and polyester.
- Can be applied to damp substrates.
- Rapid through-cure and high mechanical strength.
- Sandable after full curing.
- Good resistance to UV radiation and weathering, with mould-resistant properties.
- Free from isocyanates, solvents and silicones.
- Compatible with direct contact with silver-backed mirrors and PVB film in laminated glass.
- Excellent absorption of mechanical and acoustic vibrations.
- Suitable for applications in the food sector (ISEGA Food Approval).
