2K-PU Rapid-Repair 90’’ is a fast-curing, low-emission, user-friendly two-component polyurethane adhesive for structural applications.
For applications requiring a longer working time, 2K-PU Rapid-Repair 210’’ is available. For applications requiring a shorter working time, choose 2K-PU Rapid-Repair 30’’. Both versions provide the same mechanical performance.
Applications:
- This adhesive is specifically developed for small, fast and durable bonding or repair applications. Its short curing time allows the product to be sanded and overpainted quickly, helping to reduce overall process time.
Properties:
- The chemical reaction between the two components forms a strong polymer that is resistant to high temperatures, moisture, fuels, various solvents and chemicals. The product has minimal tendency to sag, making it suitable for vertical applications. It is free from H351 classification and has reduced sensitivity to moisture.
